If your project can't be built as described, we'll review it manually and suggest alternatives or simplified options — no charge, no wasted time.

Do you use no-code tools or write everything from scratch?

It depends on the project. We use whatever stack gets the best results fastest — that could be custom code, no-code, or a mix of both.

How long do builds take?

Most Starter and Mini builds are delivered within 3–10 business days. Full or Custom builds depend on scope, but we always provide an estimated timeline before payment.

Do you handle hosting?

We can host your project for a small monthly fee, or deliver code you can deploy anywhere (Vercel, Render, your own server, etc.).

What if you can't find a builder for my project?

If we can't match your project with a vetted builder within 7 business days, you'll get a full refund or credit — your choice.

What if I change my mind?

Full refunds are available before a builder is assigned and work begins. Once development has commenced, refunds are no longer available unless explicitly approved by MicroBuilder in writing.

How does communication and follow-up work?

Builder Availability & Refund Policy

After a client submits a project request and completes payment, MicroBuilder begins the process of matching the project with an available, vetted builder.

🕐 7-Day Builder Matching Guarantee

In the event that no suitable builder can be assigned within 7 business days from the date of payment, MicroBuilder will offer the client a full refund of the payment amount.

The client may also choose to extend the matching period or convert the project into a credit balance for a future build.

🔒 Once Work Begins

Once a builder has been assigned and work has commenced, refunds are no longer available unless explicitly approved by MicroBuilder in writing.

✅ Quality Guarantee

MicroBuilder reserves the right to cancel and refund any project if it cannot be fulfilled to a professional standard or within a reasonable timeframe.
